Turnaround product photography
Most projects are delivered in 6-7 Business days, excluding holidays, and weekends from when we receive your products and payment. It also depends on the number of photos this may add to the production time.
During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

In what format photos are delivered?
E-commerce product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 2000×2000 pixels in size. Depending on product shape, excess white space may be cropped leaving the longest dimension at least 3000 pixels, while the other dimension is cropped to fit the shape of the product being photographed.
We also can make high-resolution photos. We recommend doing this on amazon products or when if it will be a sole product photo and will be closely scrutinized by buyers.
High-resolution photos are 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping) and are delivered in a layered tiff format with transparency and in a JPG format as well.
How do you deliver product photos?
Delivery of completed e-commerce photos occurs via our image hosting server. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link. We store your images on our server for future viewing and download for 1 year at no additional charge.
What license we can get with the images?
The images become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photos in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of the publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.

If we want to re-shoot our products?
Re-shoot policy is flexible if you provide detailed direction on how you would like it photographed. For direction we have a simple rule, if you show us how to shoot it and we don't do it then we'll redo it for free. more than that, if everything goes totally awry, we offer 100% money back guaranteed, no questions asked. You just can't use the photos. In photography, there are a million ways to create an image of the same product. We want to help bring your vision to life and have set up a process to make that happen. In the event we can't match your vision, we've got you covered.
What background do you provide?
We offer a simplified solution to the backgrounds or surfaces. The most common background is white with natural shadows or a black background with natural shadow or reflection under the product ( depends on the product style)
If products are lost or damaged?
We
are responsible for products damaged during the shoot and will
issue a refund equal to the retail price of the product.
We
are not
responsible for
lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages and products prior to
receiving them into our studio or for packages and products once they
have left our studio.
Oversized Products are affect the price?
If you will be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. Products larger than 12 inches on the longest side are subject to an additional charge.
If we send the unassembled product
If the product comes unassembled, has visible defects, apparel that arrives wrinkled, and products that require extra time for set-up/extra styling prior to the shoot, then additional charges may be applied.
Do you ship my products back?
Yes, we do! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to a local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back.
Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses.
How long can our product stay in the studio after a shoot?
We normally keep products for a maximum of 2 weeks, after that product is discarded or donate.
What requirements for products that we send?
There
are a few requirements to keep in mind when sending products to our
studio:

Please
check to see if your products fall into one of our major categories,
if not, just email us with reference images and ask us. -
The
products sent to us for the photoshoot should be clean, not used,
and without damages or scratches, etc. -
For
apparel items, please only send Small or Medium sizes, they look and
fit best on our mannequins.
What
if the products sent aren't in the best condition or apparel items
have wrinkles?

Keep
in mind that the best images start with the best product packaging.
If we receive products that are damaged, there may be longer image
turnaround times and/or higher costs. -
When
we receive apparel products we will review the items and if they
require professional steaming, a small fee per item (not per image)
will be added to the invoice.
Photography Addons
What if we need addons?
We
also offer services in addition to the high-resolution images you
will receive in the final delivery. Here are a few:

Transparent
background (PNG files) +$2.5/image -
Layered
PSD files (includes 3 layers: product, background, and
shadow/reflection) +$5/image -
Extra
Larger files for Print (for printing posters, magazine ads,
tradeshow banners, etc.) $15/image in addition to rate per image -
High-end
retouching (this goes above our standard retouching): rate to be
determined at the time of the photoshoot, depending on the
complexity of products +$50/ image -
File
naming (have your files named by SKU numbers and/or style names)
+$0.75/per image -
PSD
+ Extra Larger files for Print (for printing posters, magazine ads,
tradeshow banners, etc.) + $20/image (file size 4000x4000 300dpi)
If we want lifestyle images?
We
do provide lifestyle images, the cost of lifestyle image depends on
many factors such as
- type of product
- Type off setting needed
- In-studio or on location
- what type of props needed
- action shot or just a product shot
- do you need a live model
To get a more accurate quote we always recommend our existing and new clients send to us few competitor image references of what they want to achieve and few images ( even with their cell phone) of the actual products.
If we need a live model?
We do however have minimum images for a live model because we do have to set up our studio just to accommodate your product with a model.
Although we don't have a lookbook (due to model availability) we can provide you with a few options before the shoot.
In order for us to book a model, we do require from our client a $250 deposit fee. this fee will be applied to the final invoice, a model normally charging by the hour, with a minimum of 7-10 images per session.

- Model hourly rates - runs between $195 to $300 an hour
- Studio setup - $250
- Photography rates - depends on the project and the product, normally between $45-$75 per image.
- Makeup and hair (optional) about $200/ session
- Stylist (optional) about $250 per session
- Art director (optional) rate depends on the project
- The model require 4 hours minimum.
Because every project is different, you may want to contact us for a more accurate rate.
Do you offer an Art Director or a Stylist?
Yes. We do have in house stylist available for Lifestyle projects available for hire. A prop stylist or a product stylist is a creative person who provides, styles, composite and makes your product look stunning in a shoot. A prop stylist is responsible almost for all the objects that you see in a photograph. That could be produced as big as a table, or even a kayak or as small as a jewelry ring. The stylist will make sure that all the objects in a shot work together, shapes and colors, in creating the right aesthetic, story and backdrop colors and material for whatever the image is about.
1. Do you offer free Stylist?
No. Stylist or an Art director charges their fees by the day and it's not included in the photography fees or in any package that we offer.
1. How much is a stylist?
The way we calculate stylist price depends on the amount of time she needs to purchase the props, and the amount of time she has to work creating the setting for the shot. A stylist will be present during the shot, organizing, creating the setup, and fixing small things between shots.
A standard fee for a prop stylist starts at $850 per day, plus the cost of the goods and the stylist time to shop for the goods ( in some cases the stylist will charge for the time to return these goods if the client request)

What the process?

We will review your quote request and let you know an accurate quote
as soon as possible.
2. Once you receive the quote, just ship us your items and fill out the new order form on our website.
Can I specify how my products are arranged?
Of
course, we encourage this.
By including an image reference
with description, drawing, or even a quick photo with your cell
phone, we will understand how you wish your items are to be
arranged.
Please include any details that you
require. If instructions as to placement, angle, or groupings are not
provided prior to shooting or at the time of delivery, we will rely
on our years of experience to arrange your items artistically.
Phone orders
Our studio does not accept orders by phone or in person. We’ve custom-built our Order Form for optimal workflow organization and efficiency. Any discussions, additional information, or special instructions should be in writing (order form or email). This is the only way we can avoid misunderstandings or situations where information was lost or hasn’t been heard.
Payment options and process
After receiving the order form and the products in our studio, we will send a formal invoice via email which will include a secure payment link.
- In order for us to begin the photo shoot, a 50% deposit is required or, you may choose to pay in full.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal (this option will incur an additional 3.5% fee of the total invoice), and E-Checks.
- After the photoshoot and retouching, we will send sample images. At this time, the rest of the invoice needs to be paid in order to receive the final high-resolution images.
